For studying the Compositional Distance method in eukaryotic proteins, one can follow an alternative to the default Cyt/Ext scale. The file should include three lines : 1) The first line should contain the values for the Cytoplasmic weight. 2) The second line should contain the values for the External weight. 3) The third line should contain the values for the SD weight. The values in each line should be separated by a space. A carriage return should mark the end of line (EOL).
